Process Map

Process mapping is an activity many improvement teams find useful to visualize and build shared understanding of each step and decision point in the daily workflow for an individual, team, or organization. This activity many also be useful to capture an intended idealized design for what daily work might look like in a future state of the system, especially for teams facing a problem of process design or redesign.
